My children (Ryan and Rachael) and I will forever be grateful for Jon and his wife's kindness and generosity in making a home visit to place my children’s father’s remains properly in an urn when it was not done by another funeral home. We truly feel that they were a blessing from God coming to our home a few days before Christmas to fulfill our wish to have their dad home for Christmas. Thank you and God bless.

I live in New Hampshire so planning my fathers memorial service was a bit daunting being 3,000 miles away. That and dealing with the shock of his sudden loss. That's where Misty and Jon stepped in. They made feel like I was their only customer. No detail was missed. I can not say enough about their great communication, compassion and attention to detail. My father's memorial service was as good as it could possibly be. Thanks to Jon, Misty and their staff. The fact that both knew my father personally gave me I great deal of comfort during an emotional time. They did my father proud and I cannot thank them enough. Thank you kindly! Misty and John are a true blessing. My Father in Law passed suddenly and Misty handled ever detail and was so kind and caring. The services were so beautiful and we are so grateful for Norco Family Funeral Home.

"Felt with this funeral home for my mothers cremation and funeral service. They were the most reasonable priced. They also weren't like a lot of other homes that tried to push unnecessary purchases. They didn't take advantage of the situation. They are very nice people and treated us with respect and dignity. They gave us what we wanted and what my mother wanted and that's all we could ask for. The staff are great and did a lot of the work for us! It's a nice and clean funeral home. We recently went back for a service for my husbands grandfather and it was beautiful. It was a nice viewing/service. And again the staff were extremely respectful. I will definitely keep going back for any future needs."

"Came here for my grandfather's funeral service. It was very nice. The facility is pretty small, I mean they pack in a bunch of chairs (I'm not sure what the maximum capacity is) but since we had some people no show it wasn't a big deal. And we had plenty of room for 50 people. I'm guessing the main room could fit around 100 people or so roughly. Anyway when we arrived everything was set up, the casket at the front of the home. Flowers and pictures were arranged around the casket. It looked very nice. The gentleman and the lady were extremely respectful in their mannerisms and how they spoke to our family about changing the arrangements, starting the ceremony etc. The priest did a nice job, he made a short speech since he did not know my family on a personal level. Prior to the ceremony the priest chatted with my parents to get to know what my grandfather was like in his final days. So the priest included that in his speech, which was nice and I'm sure my grandfather appreciated that. After the priest talked, everyone was given the opportunity to walk up to the casket and say goodbye. The ceremony turned out very nice, and the Norco Family Funeral home did a wonderful job honoring my grandfather."
